VisualFunk is a creative training company that helps organisations to innovate, communicate and develop big ideas. This happens through: Creativity and Innovation programs, Facilitation, Conferences and Off sites, Graphic Facilitation and Creative Team Building programs. Our team building programs embrace the best of the creative worlds and always get your team doing something fresh and creative.
We believe that everyone is creative but most people have spent their lives telling themselves that they are not. We believe that creativity is the most under used resource in your company. We believe that people become creative by doing creative things, rather than sitting around the boardroom waiting for inspiration. That’s why we facilitate creative team building programs. It’s about getting your team thinking and acting more creatively and most importantly, enjoying each others company in the process.
Our experience is something we are really proud of and sets us apart. On one side, we bring a great corporate mix across learning and development, sales, account management and facilitation. We smash this up with a background in the creative arts, television, creativity and innovation. It’s about putting the creative stuff in a language your team can understand. We call it one foot in the studio, the other in the boardroom.
It started 20 years ago when our director Simon Banks completed a Visual Arts degree. He then combined a career as a professional artist with a job as an L & D consultant (go figure). After a simple question of “Can you do anything with your art background and our event?” VisualFunk delivered its first event in London in November 2003. It was a hit. And the rest they say is history.
