What do Visualfunk team building programs cost?

LETS BE REALLY CLEAR, IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING,  CHOOSE BOWLING OR SOMETHING SIMILAR. We don’t aim to compete with these activities as they are completely different to what we offer in price, style, facilitator quality and outcomes. You can have someone you pay $25 to sing at your wedding or you can have a professional singer. You will still get a song, but the quality, outcomes and audience memory of that song will be very different. Given that, Visualfunk believes in and has an ethical pricing policy. As each client and their team development outcomes are unique, therefore each team building program is different and prices will vary. There is a minimum cost with each activity and the general rule is that the cost/head comes down with the more people you have. The best thing is to discuss what you want to achieve and develop a team building program that is priced accordingly.Our client feedback is that we are very competetive on price.

Do you need a special room or space to facilitate your team building programs?

Visualfunk team building programs are designed to be facilitated in any space. Through theming, props and music we create a fantastic environment wherever you are having your conference or offsite. This includes our cooking and art team building programs.

Do all of your team building programs involve art?

All training and team development programs use metaphors as part of the learning process. The arts and painting serve as a powerful metaphor for creativity and a ‘what’s possible’ mentality. However, not all of our programs use art as a metaphor for learning and team development. Art is used when it suits the outcomes of the team building activity.

Do your art-based team building programs create a mess?

NO! All of our programs are designed to be facilitated anywhere and be mess free! We have facilitated programs all over the world and never made a mess. That’s why our clients and hotels and functions centers love us to bits.

How many people can your team building programs accommodate?

Visualfunk team events have been designed to be scalable. Our creative team activities, ice breakers and team building programs work with groups from 4-1200 people. Talk to us about what team building activities will work with your group size.

What type of team building facilitators do you have?

Visualfunk believes that to teach creativity you have to teach creativity. Therefore our facilitators operate in both the corporate and creative worlds combining creative expertise with sound business acumen. We also believe that a fantastic facilitator who people connect with, professional in every way, highly entertaining and NOT CHEESY is at the heart of every program. Anyone can throw some blow up toys together. Not anyone can take your team on a journey and give them an experience that they will remember for all of the right reasons. All of our facilitators are also professional in their chosen fields: Art, Music, Cooking, Film etc.

As an example, Director Simon Banks has combined a 10 year career in training and development with a career as a professional artist having had solo shows both in Australia and overseas. As such, he brings a unique blend of creativity and fun in a language and style that you can understand.
