As Australians, we all love to BBQ. It’s in our blood. But how much do we know about what the rest of the world is doing? World Gourmet BBQ challenge takes your team on a BBQ cooking tour of the world. It’s team building fun with flavour, culture and spices! Your team experience, learn and taste the unique BBQ dishes and flavours from around the globe.

After a number of fun and energetic ‘get to know your team mates’ activites, teams are formed to start creating BBQ magic! Working with professional chefs, teams are involved in every step of creating the meal. Our chefs will teach teams everything they need to know about cooking the perfect BBQ.

Every team member has a role to play in this fun team building activity as they use raw ingredients to create every dish from scratch. Teams plan, draw and create a menu together. Working against the clock, every team member must collaborate and work in unison to make their meal a reality.

Teams will present their meals and put them open to the ultimate test of quality – judgement by their peers! This will result in the crowning of the ultimate chef trophy: the BBQ king and Queen! Are you ready for team bonding outside of the square?
