Dance is a universal language that can be spoken by everyone. It unites teams with a common focus. It develops an understanding of rhythm in all areas of life. It’s a holistic and fun team building event that makes both the mind and body want to smile.

Working with professional salsa dancers, Visualfunk takes participants through an easy to follow process learning all the fun salsa moves. This makes the team building program light and energetic throughout. Everyone has time to talk and laugh and interact together. Participants are constantly moving throughout the team activity to enhance networking and working relationships.

As a highly interactive and social dance form, Salsa Dancing makes your evening entertainment come alive. Cuban Nights can be facilitated as a team building activity in the afternoon with new skills then shown off on the dance floor in the evening. Cuban Nights team building can be accompanied by a live Latin band or DJ’s.
