| Off Broadway is a team building musical production! Every culture in the world loves to sing and dance. As adults we only sing when no one is listening! With the right coaching, team support and enthusiasm anything is possible. In a fun and safe environment, participants are involved in every step of performing a fantastic musical production.
A Broadway Show is a professional product and the strategies for creating, developing, and delivering the product are the same as any other business…just with Pizzazz! The aim of this team building exercise is to produce a production that is worthy of any enthusiastic audience. Teams work with musical industry professionals every step of the way. Your team have the opportunity to act, sing and dance as they put on their own performance of popular musicals such as Grease and Mama Mia.
The group initially work together as they get in a ‘creative team space’ – prepared for any challenge!. Smaller teams are then formed who work on particular parts of the musical. The director, producer and choreographer work with any team member who would like a more significant role.
A theatre director steers the major parts of the day to produce the finished production with a musical director to ensure that the music is learnt, coached and perfected. Teamwork and team motivation are essential in a session that is creative, high energy and most importantly a whole lot of fun! The grand finale – delegates all work together on pieces from a musical show. This builds to a blistering visual and vocal performance that demonstrates what’s possible with the power of working together for best effect.
