Your Evening, Your Rules

This is the ULTIMATE afternoon into evening team building program. Your team has the chance to create the exact evening they want. Instead of sitting in a meeting room while it is all prepared, your team creates the evening. It’s your teams evening – they own it!

Creativity, teamwork and collaboration are paramount to create the perfect evening. Team members are involved in every step of the planning and development of the team activity. An overall theme is chosen, roles are designated and the creativity starts to flow.

Your Evening, Your Rules is an innovative way of building teams. Everyone has a role to play in this fun team building activity. Looking after the needs of your team mates requires leadership, motivation and commitment. If teams become unfocused, the perfect evening may become unravelled!

Teams will be split up into 3-4 different groups to work with industry professionals:

Chefs – Don the whites and prepare a sumptuous 3 course meal

Artists – Unleash your inner artist as paintings are created to decorate the room

Florists – Flowers are sourced and arranged, tables are decorated as a creative masterpiece

Entertainers – Working with professional musicians to create entertainment for the whole evening
