Go on a creative journey in this unique team development activity as you get to know your team mates and yourself a lot better. How? Through great conversation and creating amazing portraits of yourself and each other!
People bring unique skills and personalities to a any team. Recognising and utilising these strengths enables true team development and great results. Knowing me, Knowing you is an exploration of the strengths and qualities of your team through the power of creative expression and visual communication.
Art communicates without uttering a single word – by looking at art we receive all sorts of information. Using art, a teams key strengths and thinking styles are taken off a PowerPoint or report and turned into unique and creative portraits that everyone is proud of. The portraits then serve as a constant reminder of all that’s possible within the team environment.
Using a number of creative processes and utilising profiling tools such as HBDI and Myers Briggs, teams explore who the individuals in the team really are, their strengths and then create portraits that represent these.
A perfect team building program for a new team, the start of a team project or graduate induction program.

After the event:
Afterwards, the paintings are taken back to the Visualfunk studio, retouched and varnished and prepared to hang to give a professional appearance. They are then couriered back to the workplace, ready to go on the wall. All of the artworks are photographed, creating a ‘team portrait gallery’ that can be used as screen savers or posters.
