Program details:
- Perfect team building exercise for representing an organisational vision, strategy or team values through art.
- Teams work through barriers to creative thinking and creative behaviour.
- Team members learn how to draw out ideas and represent things visually.
- Important! Every team member paints – either as part of a large team artwork to hang in the office or to take home as individual paintings.
- Team members are involved in every step of the art team building process – brainstorming, drawing and abstracting ideas, designing the image and painting the masterpiece! No paint by numbers.
- The Team Masterpiece facilitator is a professional artist who works in both the creative and corporate world. Importantly, they how to create a fantastic artwork and put it in a language that everyone can connect with.
- Art Team Building is completely mess free for the venue and the participants.
- Art Team Building works with all levels of perceived artistic ability. Everyone is an artist; it’s just a matter of knowing where to put the paint!!
After the event
